The Process
Submit Your Inquiry Form
Start by filling out my inquiry form with your wedding date and details. This helps me get a clear picture of your vision right from the start.
Date Confirmation + Consultation
After receiving your inquiry, I’ll send a quick text message to confirm that your date is available. From there, we’ll schedule a consultation whether on the phone, in person, or over FaceTime to chat about your love story, your wedding plans, and what matters most to you.
Contract + Retainer
Once you’re ready to book, I’ll send over your contract to review and sign. A non-refundable retainer is due at this time to officially secure your date on my calendar.
Six-Month Check-In
About six months before your wedding, we’ll reconnect to start discussing your timeline, photography needs, and any vendor recommendations or planning help you may need.
Four Week in person Final Meeting
Four weeks before your big day, we’ll meet again to finalize all the details your timeline, locations, must-have moments, and anything else that ensures your day runs smoothly. Your remaining balance is also due at this time.
While searching for a wedding photographer, I immediately fell in love with Sara’s style and vibe on her website.
